(2) “Military commodities” described in this paragraph are subject to the export licensing jurisdiction of the Department of State if such commodities are described on the U.S. Munitions List (22 CFR part 121) and are in the United States. a.2. Incorporate more than a de minimis amount of U.S.-origin “600 series” controlled content (see § 734.4 of the EAR); or
a.3. Are direct products of U.S.-origin “600 series” technology or software (see § 734.9(d) of the EAR).
